Sorry if you missed out on tickets. Please know that we are also open for lunches 6 days a week (Tues – Sun, from 12 noon). No need to book or bring anything, just turn up.

19th Thurs – Slow-roasted Pork Belly – £10/ticket
Calenick Farm Pork belly, crispy crackling, greens and braised lentils
6th Fri – Porthcurnick Fish Pie - £6/ticket
Fresh local fish in a creamy white wine sauce, Cornish potato mash and a Yarg crust.
26th Thurs – Coq au Vin – £8/ticket
Calenick Farm chicken braised in the classic french style served with Dauphinois potatoes.
May:
7th Mon – Thai Green Curry- £7/ticket
Calenick Farm chicken & local vegetables cooked in a chilli, ginger, lemongrass coconut cream with toasted cashew nuts, sticky rice and thai crackers.
18th Fri – Moules Night - £6/ticket
Moules Mariniere and coconut chilli River Fowey Mussels served with freshly-baked french bread.
31st Thurs – Lobster & Handcut Chips- £16/ticket
Needs no further introduction!
June:

Sticky, smokey BBQ ribs & homegrown potato salad
21st Thurs – Crab Night - £12/ticket
Fresh local claws and crab cakes. Salads
30th Sat – Paella & Sangria Long table Beach Supper – £10/ticket
Cornish seafood paella with large jugs of boozy sangria on the beach

July:
4th Weds – Seafood Linguine – £9/ticket
Fresh local seafood cooked in a garlic white wine sauce in the giant paella pans and served with Italian linguine pasta. Breads on the side for mopping up the sauce.
12th Thur – Sticky Ribs & Wings – £10/ticket
Sticky, smokey BBQ ribs and chicken wings cooked on the outdoor charcoal grill. Homemade coleslaw, new season potatoes and allotment salads.
15th Sun – Scallops Night – £15/ticket
The freshest locally caught scallops, dressed with either a simple lemon butter or served up “Rob Peters style” with a bacon brandy cream. Sauteed potatoes and seasonal greens.
19th Fri – Sardines Night – £8/ticket
Locally caught sardines dressed in a citrus butter with seaonal salads and freshly baked artisan breads by Da Bara.
24th Tues – Slow-roasted Morrocan Lamb – £12/ticket
Slow-roasted shoulder of local lamb cooked for over 24hrs in a traditional Moroccan marinade. Served with cous cous and seasonal vegetables.
28th Sat – Noodle Night – £8/ticket
Noodles, marinated free-range chicken and stir-fry vegetables – all cooked in the giant pans. Accompanied by a range of sides including freshly made spring rolls and sesame prawn toasts.
30th Mon – Paella & Sangria – £10/ticket
Cornish seafood paella, a Hidden Hut speciallity! Served from the giant paella pans. A large glass of Sangria is included with each ticket.
August:
2nd Thurs – Italian Meatball Pasta – £9/ticket
Handmade Calenick Farm beef meatballs, lightly spiced and slow cooked in a rich vine tomato ragu. Served with fresh spaghetti pasta and Da Bara garlic focaccia.
10th Fri – Moules – £7/ticket
Wild River Fowey mussels served up in a choice of traditional Moules Marinere or a Coconut, ginger & chilli broth. Fresh artisan breads from Da Bara.
13th Mon – Surf n Turf BBQ grill – £15/ticket
A mixed feast of fresh local seafood and meats, grilled over the charcoal BBQ. Salads, breads and potato dishes on the side.
18th Sat – Lobster & Handcut Chips – £16/ticket

21st Tues – Gourmet Burger Night – £8/ticket
Handmade 8oz Calenick Farm beef burgers, served in a traditional seeded burger bun with relishes and salad.
23rd Thurs – Seafood Curry Night – £10/ticket
Fresh local seafood cooked in a traditional Malaysian curry with basmati rice, onion bahji, naan breads, popadoms and chutneys.
27th Mon – Paella & Sangria – £ 10/ticket
Cornish seafood paella, a Hidden Hut speciallity! Served from the giant paella pans. A large glass of Sangria is included with each ticket.
30th Thurs – Cornish Sole & Handcut Chips – £13/ticket
Local sole fresh off the boats that morning and cooked on the charcoal BBQ. Served with chunky handcut chips and seasonal vegetables.

Dress warmly for the weather. Bring your own bowl/plate and cutlery. Cushions, camping chairs, rugs and torches may also come in useful – bring anything for extra comfort.
Hot drinks, soft drinks & homemade cakes will be available at every feast night. Please feel free to bring your own alcohol.

Tickets are sold in advance online, see www.wegottickets.com/thehiddenhut. Limited numbers, so early booking advised to avoid disappointment.
Please note we do not have a card machine at the hut, we can only accept cash.
Everybody is welcome, include dogs. Very family friendly.
